Versatile Global’s latest development project is a $22 million investment in a 156-unit, garden-style multifamily community called Marshall Lofts. This project is located in Marshall, Texas, and features four newly constructed buildings designed to complement the nearby historic school. Additionally, the former boys’ gymnasium will be repurposed into a leasing office, community center, after-school program area, and resident workspaces.

Unit Breakdown:

Our development strategy leverages 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and tax-exempt bond financing to make Marshall Lofts a highly attractive investment. This financing model will allow us to capture significant cost efficiencies, enhancing overall returns while contributing to affordable housing in the region.
